Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals that depend on us.   Who we are: As Field Nation modernizes its demand engine for ABM and AI, the person in this seat owns the marketing platforms and technology that the rest of the team operates on and the data and analysis that tells leadership whether the model is working. This role is a key strategic partner to Marketing and RevOps, collaborating closely on shared systems, data governance, and revenue process optimization to drive business outcomes. This is a driver role, not an operator role. We need someone who walks in on Monday with three things already underway, who finds the red before anyone else does, and who can pull a clear answer out of a messy data set without being asked twice.
