The role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to take real ownership of campaign strategy, our HubSpot/CRM engine, events and reporting. Shaping the plan, not just running it. You'll:

• Own multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to measurement and iteration
• Lead messaging and positioning for key segments, working closely with product marketing
• Own our HubSpot marketing automation and CRM strategy, so lead scoring, segmentation, workflows
• Run our global events calendar, including budget, vendor negotiation and ROI
• Own campaign and pipeline reporting, and run structured experiments to improve conversion
• Act as a trusted right hand to our CMO and represent marketing in cross-functional forums
• Coach and mentor junior marketing colleagues

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS/tech, with a track record of increasing ownership
• Proven ownership of campaign strategy and pipeline contribution, not just execution
• Advanced HubSpot skills (workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and CMS experience (Webflow, WordPress)
• Comfortable with marketing analytics/attribution (GA4, HubSpot) and paid media (LinkedIn/Google Ads)
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills, and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• A self-starter, happy owning ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment
• Bonus points: ABM experience, SQL/BI familiarity, design skills (Canva/Figma/Adobe), or a background in RPA, automation or wider enterprise tech.
