The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.  About the Role As the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance & Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer, you will play a key role within Nium's Regulatory Compliance team, supporting the management of regulatory obligations and financial crime prevention initiatives to support the compliance program in Canada. You will work closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance and MLRO and contribute to ensuring full compliance with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and related FINTRAC regulations, as well as PSP, RPAA, and provincial/other national compliance requirements. You will manage client onboarding processes, oversee transaction monitoring activities, and lead the detection and prevention of financial crime including money laundering and terrorist financing.
