Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Marketing Trade Promotion Optimization/Management. This role is to lead strategic marketing initiatives ensuring seamless execution of programs and projects across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise program management skills and operational excellence to drive brand growth customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. Work location: Bangalore Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership - Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Operations) to ensure integrated campaigns. - Program & Project Management - Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of marketing programs. - Establish timelines milestones and KP Is for campaigns and track progress. - Ensure resource allocation and budget adherence. - Operational Excellence - Develop frameworks for marketing governance reporting and performance measurement. - Optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability of marketing operations. - Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary liaison between marketing product and executive leadership. - Present program updates insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Team Leadership - Mentor and manage a team of marketing program managers and specialists. - Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
