What You Will Do :

This role will be accountable for all people actions in the engineering and the DT teams in the Collins India organization. They will also have to supervise a team 7 Employee Partners across Bengaluru and Hyderabad sites and engage with executives, senior leaders and work in close collaboration with the Business partners and HR leaders across teams.

- Exposure to senior leadership- across HR and Business teams.

Qualifications You Must Have :

- 12+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner is required, including experience in people management.

- Preferable: Masters in HR management/ Personnel Relations
