We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh's US Growth Operations team as a Growth Ops Leader (GOL). This role will be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), India. This is a hybrid role, that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

US Growth Operations supports Marsh's growth agenda by enabling pipeline execution, improving data quality and sales discipline, delivering insights and reporting, and coordinating key cadences and communications across stakeholders. The team partners closely with Zone Leaders, Office Leaders, Market/Industry Leaders, Sales Leaders, Client Executives, and growth enablement stakeholders to drive adoption of standard processes, governance, and tools across the US.

This role is responsible for supporting US growth strategy execution through pipeline operations, client experience measurement (CEM) support, financial analysis & reporting, meeting/cadence management, CRM support, and marketing enablement —requiring strong analytical capability, operational rigor, stakeholder management, and comfort working across US time zones.

We will count on you for:

  • Growth Team (GT) Strategy & Planning – Support bottom-up GT performance analysis and planning cycles, including projections, targets, and tracking of strategic actions.
  • Pipeline execution & growth opportunity management – Enable disciplined pipeline operations and opportunity progression, including month-end hygiene, CEM-enabled follow-ups, and support to forecasting/account planning cadences.
  • Financial analysis & reporting – Translate financial and CRM data into actionable insights through recurring reporting, scorecards, and executive-ready narratives.
  • GT meetings & cadence management – Plan and run key GT cadences by coordinating agendas, materials, minutes, action tracking, and content archiving.
  • CRM support – Provide operational support for opportunity and contact hygiene, user enablement, and follow-ups to improve timeliness and accuracy of CRM data.
  • Marketing enablement support – Coordinate growth communications, event logistics, outreach execution, and lead capture/routing support aligned to agreed SLAs.
  • Colleague-related support – Support colleague engagement initiatives and office/leader events through planning, coordination, communications, and follow-through.

What you need to have:

  • Post Graduate degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, commerce, engineering, or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, growth operations, commercial analytics, reporting/insights, or a similar role in a large professional services organization.
  • Strong experience supporting pipeline operations / CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and driving data quality.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with confidence interacting with senior US stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suit (Excel, PowerPoint etc.); ability to convert data into clear executive-ready narratives.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with financial and CRM datasets.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliably in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to support US time zones (partial overlap required) and collaborate across geographies.

What makes you stand out:

  • Strong stakeholder management: able to influence without authority and drive follow-through.
  • Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with client experience programs (e.g., CEM/NPS) and using insights to drive action.
  • Process improvement mindset; comfort leveraging AI/automation tools for efficiency and quality.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
