We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?     Role Purpose: The Collections Manager is responsible for leading Keyloop’s global collections function within a centralised Shared Services model, based in Prague. This role owns end-to-end collections strategy, operational delivery, and team performance, ensuring strong cash collection outcomes, reduced bad debt exposure, and a scalable, standardised operating model across all regions. The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to proactively manage customer risk, resolve disputes, and improve working capital performance.
