About the Role

The Senior Manager – Business Finance is a strategic finance partner responsible for driving business performance through financial planning, commercial insights, investor reporting, and financial modelling. The role supports executive leadership with data-driven decision-making, long-term planning, fundraising, and board reporting while ensuring strong financial governance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic and commercial decisions through financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for business planning, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare investor and Board reporting, including financial performance updates, KPIs, and business insights.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic investment decisions through robust financial analysis.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Drive cost optimization, pricing analysis, and resource allocation initiatives.
• Enhance financial reporting, planning processes, and governance through automation and process improvements.
  
  Qualifications & Experience
• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 7-10 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, investor reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Experience working with senior leadership, Board members, and investors is preferred.
