Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Manager-level Assurance professional to join our dynamic team, in Bangalore. Our Managers supervise large groups of people on several complex engagements, at the same time.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Provide management over a complex portfolio of clients and deliver high quality services
- Manage engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc.
- Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectives
- Maintain expert technical standards
- Proactively identify client needs by understanding their business and key risks
- Provide value-add services to clients on a consultancy basis, with cross-selling in mind
- Mentor, train, and develop staff
- Lead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearance
- Adhere to Firm document and email retention policies
- Seek leadership roles in professional, business or community organizations
- Identify hiring needs for the department and interview potential hires
What Skills You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience within public accounting Assurance/Audit Services
- CPA, preferred
- Experience supervising teams and leading entire engagement process
- Expert analytical skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Adept at handling client relationships, independently
