法人顧客に対し、不動産投資を目的とした売買仲介業務がメインです。
オフィスビル・物流倉庫・ホテル・商業店舗・事業用地…等、国内外様々なタイプの事業用不動産を取り扱い、顧客の要望に合わせて提案します。
不動産の知識はもちろん投資・金融知識が求められます。営業の力量は問われますが、逆に自分自身のスキルを活かして自由度高く顧客提案ができるのは当社の魅力です。
