THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on retention and LTV, responsible for keeping members engaged, driving repeat visits and refills, and maximizing the value of every membership. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of lifecycle experience, including 3+ years hands-on in Iterable, who thinks in cohorts and retention curves and can own strategy and execution end to end. ITERABLE experience is a must-have requirement for this role.

You'll work closely with the LCM Director to build and optimize the member journey from first visit through renewal, with clear ownership of churn reduction, engagement, and expansion revenue. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the US to be considered.
