Senior lead generation specialist

We're looking for a Senior Lead Generation Manager with hands-on experience and results in ABM outreach who will work with iGaming domain.

• 3+ years of proven senior lead generation / SDR / ABM outbound experience for B2B tech products/iGaming, with measurable outcomes (meetings booked, pipeline influenced/created). iGaming domain experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify, monitor, and act on buying-intent signals and trigger events, and translate them into relevant outreach.
• Hands-on experience running ABM-style outbound for defined account lists (Tier 1/2/3), including account research, persona mapping, hyper-personalized messaging, and coordinated multi-touch sequences across LinkedIn + email.
• Copywriting skills and ability to create a content for a Linkedin profile
• Practical experience using AI to speed up research, enrichment, personalization, and content creation while maintaining quality
• Experience working with CRM (Hubspot will be a plus), Clay, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales qualified meetings
• Own ABM strategy and execution for target airline accounts to build pipeline.
• Define and refine ICP and target account lists together with domain and technical experts.
• Monitor key account signals and trigger events, turning them into outreach hypotheses and “reason now” messaging.
• Create and run hyper-personalized multi-touch campaigns across LinkedIn + email (including comments/posts to warm up accounts).
• Maintain high-quality data and campaign operations in HubSpot and supporting tools;
• Report weekly/monthly on results and learnings.
