Diese Position ist hochgradig technisch, aber klar Business‑orientiert: AI wird hier eingesetzt, um Revenue‑Prozesse messbar effizienter zu machen.

Tasks

  • Aufbau agentenbasierter Automatisierungen fĂŒr Sales, AM & CSM
  • Entwicklung von AI‑Co‑Piloten (z. B. CRM‑Updates, Lead‑Routing, Churn‑Signale)
  • Orchestrierung von DatenflĂŒssen ĂŒber CRM, Marketing‑ & Produkt‑Tools
  • Umsetzung komplexer agentischer Workflows auf Basis realer Business‑Signale
  • Verantwortung fĂŒr Monitoring, QualitĂ€t & ZuverlĂ€ssigkeit autonomer Systeme

Requirements

  • Erfahrung im GTM‑, RevOps‑ oder Sales‑Automation‑Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in API‑Design, Integrationen & Automatisierungen
  • Praxis mit LLMs, Prompt‑Design & Agent‑Logik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM‑Systemen (Salesforce, HubSpot o. Ă€.)
  • Programmiererfahrung (Python, JavaScript oder vergleichbar)
  • VerstĂ€ndnis fĂŒr Business‑KPIs & Revenue‑Logik
