Senior Graphic Designer (For Pooling)

About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets that support our marketing, branding, and business development initiatives. In this role, you will create engaging external-facing materials across digital and print channels while ensuring all designs remain consistent with established brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final production. You will work closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to transform campaign objectives and business requirements into visually compelling designs.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, website and landing page visuals, presentations, event materials, and corporate collateral.
• Translate creative briefs, campaign goals, and business requirements into effective visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external communications and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and other stakeholders to support campaigns and business objectives.
• Prepare and review final artwork for digital publishing and print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and make design revisions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Provide creative input and design recommendations to improve marketing materials.
• Support video, motion graphics, and other ad hoc creative projects as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• At least three years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, advertising, and campaign-related design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, branding, and visual communication.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or storyboard development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media specifications, digital advertising formats, and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
• Basic experience with content management systems, landing pages, website graphics, Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
