About the Role

Sr. Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing & Growth  
Location: Delhi  
Years of experience required: 6 to 8 years
Reports to: Creative Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be the execution engine of Hudle's creative team: a hands-on production role measured in shipped assets, not reviews and decks. You own delivery across:
  • Social. Instagram-first content: posts, reels, stories, carousels and campaign content.
  • Performance. Ad creatives across Meta and Google: static and video, built to convert.
  • In-app. Banners and campaign creatives inside the app.
  • On-ground branding. Venue signage, court branding, partner activations and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Video. Reels, event aftermovies, product films and ad edits, end to end.
  • Event branding. Identity and collateral for Hudle IPs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Execute at volume. Weekly calendars, multiple campaigns in parallel, same-day turnarounds.
  • Think social first. Build content for the feed, not adapted to it. Hooks, retention, native formats.
  • Tell stories, not make posters. Narrative sense and copy sensibility on every brief.
  • Serve performance marketing. Read performance data to decide what to make next.
  • Work AI native. AI across the pipeline: generation, editing, voice, motion, workflows. The bar is 3x output at the same quality.
  • Keep the machine fast. Own your pipeline, minimal iteration, template systems, freelancers when volume spikes.
WHAT WE NEED
  • 5 to 8 years in graphic design and video editing.
  • Deep functional knowledge of typography, design and layout principles and color theory.
  • Background in consumer apps, D2C, sports and fitness, media, OTT or entertainment. Not corporate, B2B or print-first.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite preferably Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Figma
  • Fluent in Generative AI creative tools.
  • A portfolio with range across the scope areas.
  • Good to have: ability to shoot content for social media.
  • Bonus: interest in sport, motion design depth, experience marketing a consumer app.

HOW WE WILL EVALUATE
Portfolio first, CV second. Shortlisted candidates complete a short design and video assignment on a real brief.
