Applied Underwriters, Inc., a global risk services company, is seeking an experienced Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster with strong expertise in habitability claims. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial general liability claims, with a focus on complex habitability matters involving coverage, liability, and legal issues. Success in this position requires strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of policy interpretation and negligence standards. This adjuster must also bring sound judgment and discretion to the sensitive nature of complex liability claims.
Requirements:
- At least three years of general liability claims adjusting experience, including complex habitability losses.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
