Senior General and Operations Manager (TS/SCI)

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior General and Operations Manager to support United States Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing (SN) activities in Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, California. This position will provide task order management, personnel management, program integration, transition, quality, cost, schedule, and performance execution for Space Sensing SETA support. The selected candidate will lead complex technical or analytical efforts, integrate inputs across multiple stakeholders, provide actionable recommendations to Government leads, and help drive high-quality program and mission outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in the functional area, sound judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead complex work across Government and contractor teams. *Anticipated award/start date September 28, 2026
