What you’ll do
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, and other R&D teams
- Build and maintain the Developer Portal — the self-service platform engineering teams use to scaffold services, manage CI/CD, and provision infrastructure.
- Develop full-stack features across frontend and backend.
- Handle sensitive platform data responsibly within a restricted access model.
- Provide technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
- Be responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment in your team
Who you are
- BSc. in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with backend development in .Net, combined with practical experience in React.
- 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience with building SaaS platforms for cloud-based products, preferably AWS
- Experience with Containers and Kubernetes (K8s), preferably EKS
- Experience with Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka, preferably Kafka
- Experience with Microservices development
- Broad knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Team player attitude and mentality
- Experienced and passionate about managing and growing people
- Experience in engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, Agile methodologies)
- Ambitious and eager to learn new things
What could set you apart
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), infrastructure-as-code (Crossplane), and cloud provisioning (AWS).
- Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
