Job Summary The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities.  This position reports directly to the Sr Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for building and maintaining financial and operational business models, analyses and metrics that lead to insightful and accurate business decisions, and supporting financial close and reporting processes.    All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.
