Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO

America At Work is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior Finance leadership team. About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO and designated VP-level Finance leaders. This is a highly visible role within the organization and an opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to senior Finance leadership. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence, anticipate executive needs, manage complex priorities, and ensure the seamless coordination of executive, financial, governance, and operational activities. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of executive assistant experience, including direct support of C-suite or senior executive leaders, exceptional judgment and discretion, strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
