Senior Executive - Ad Operations, GCS

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and AI-first Senior Executive – Ad Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and process automation. You will manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, delivery, and performance to ensure objectives are met.

• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies.

• Create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and client ready presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Identify manual and repetitive workflows and automate them using AI-powered or no-code solutions.

• Ensure timely campaign setup, delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Support campaign operations outside standard business hours, including late evenings or weekends, when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ad Operations.

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client facing skills.

• Experience leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Willingness to provide after-hours or weekend support for campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Google or Mata Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and performance reporting.
