Job Description:
- Record and review sales entries for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches and ensure timely transfer to Head Office books.
- Maintain accurate accounting entries including journal vouchers, service invoices, and travel‑related expenses.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of branch‑level accounting transactions. Consolidated Stock Report with provision for all branches- monthly
- Support periodic book stock vs. physical stock reconciliation for the Neemrana warehouse.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly consolidated stock reports covering all branches.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory variances
- Prepare sales invoices based on approved purchase orders received from the Marketing team.
- Generate service invoices (fixed and variable) and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
- Ensure dispatch memos and invoicing are aligned with accounting records.
- Prepare GST workings including GSTR‑1 and GSTR‑3B for Gurgaon and Neemrana branches.
- Support reconciliation and compliance activities to ensure accurate statutory filings.
- Assist in responding to GST, tax, and regulatory queries.
- Provide documentation and data required for statutory audits and tax audits.
- Support timely closure of audit observations and follow‑up actions.
- Assist in implementation of new accounting processes and control improvements.
