Senior Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our talented team at ExlService Philippines, Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in our CORP_Human Resources_Talent Acquisition department, driving our recruitment efforts and supporting our organization's growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the best talent to join our dynamic team.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates using various methods, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for further consideration.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition department.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and achieving hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
