About this role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support and enhance maintenance management processes within SAP S/4HANA/ECC environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, maintenance teams, and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and support SAP PM solutions that improve asset reliability, equipment lifecycle management, and plant maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Plant Maintenance processes.Configure and support SAP PM modules including:
  • Maintenance Notifications
  • Maintenance Orders
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Equipment Master Data
  • Functional Locations
  • Task Lists
  • Maintenance Plans
  • Work Clearance Management
Execute fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.Design and implement end-to-end maintenance processes.Integrate SAP PM with:
  • Material Management (MM)
  • Production Planning (PP)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Project Systems (PS)
  • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
Support master data creation and governance.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.Support cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.Troubleshoot production issues and provide resolution within agreed SLAs.Conduct user training and create functional documentation.
