Job Description

The key responsibilities include ensuring yield and quality meet Media Operation goals, monitoring indicators for abnormalities, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating evaluations with minimal supervision. The role also involves managing new product ramping during NPI transfers, identifying potential issues related to yield and quality, collaborating with other teams to address interaction defects, offering guidance to new engineers, and driving specific projects aimed at improving yield, quality, and utilization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain yield and quality that align with the Media Operation goal and target.
  • Monitor the yield and quality indicators to make sure there are no abnormalities, and do troubleshooting for any issues related to yield and quality with the help to statistics and engineering analysis inclusive of AI assistants.
  • Coordinate any evaluation related to yield and quality with minimum supervision.
  • Accountable for new product ramping during NPI transfer.
  • Identify potential yield and quality issues for the new product and work closely with related parties to solve the issues at the beginning stage.
  • Work closely with other areas to solve any interaction defect issues.
  • Drive or handle specific projects for yield/quality or utilization improvement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Master’s/Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
