Senior Engineer

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily maintenance, fault troubleshooting, mechanical optimization, and continuous engineering improvement of automation equipment.
• Lead and manage the Die attach streamline and Wire bond streamline.

Education 

• Minimum 5 yr. experience in mechanical engineering of semiconductor industry;
• BS/MS in Mechanical, electrical, electronic or other related. or equivalent degree

 

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering of semiconductor industry; candidates with experience in wafer fabrication, semiconductor packaging or precision electronic manufacturing automation equipment are prioritized.
• Familiar with the structural composition, working principle and maintenance logic of mainstream semiconductor automation production equipment, with practical experience in equipment fault troubleshooting and mechanical optimization improvement.
• Experienced in participating in equipment daily maintenance system optimization, equipment upgrading and renovation projects is a plus.
• Working in die attach or wire bond process is preferred

Skills

• Familiar with semiconductor production process and automation equipment operating specifications, master preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance methods for precision automation equipment.
• Skilled in using 2D/3D mechanical design software (CAD, SolidWorks, UG, etc.) to draw mechanical drawings, complete scheme demonstration and improvement design of modified parts.
• Skilled in the office software such as excel, PPT and fluent English speak &write.

Familiar with Chinese is preferred
