The Role:

Nortal is currently looking to hire a highly organized individual with a passion for digital innovation for the position of Senior eCommerce Operations Specialist for a large multinational company in consumer electronics. This role is instrumental in optimizing the company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless product launches, accurate data management, and exceptional customer experiences across various online retail partners. The Senior eCommerce Operations Specialist will be a key player in driving efficiency and growth within the company’s digital sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational aspects of product listings and content on key e-tailer platforms (e.g., PCC, PCDIGA, LDLC, CDISCOUNT, JOYBUY, MIRAVIA), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain) and external e-tail partners to ensure timely and successful new product introductions (NPIs) and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze e-tailer performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in product visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to product data, inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries on e-tailer platforms.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of e-tail operations, including automation opportunities.
• Maintain and update product information management (PIM) systems, ensuring data consistency across all e-commerce channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies on e-tailer sites.
• Stay informed of e-commerce industry best practices, new platform features, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare regular reports on e-tailer performance, identifying trends and recommending strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, e-tail management, or digital merchandising, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, product content optimization, and online merchandising.
• Proficiency in product information management (PIM) systems and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.
