Key Responsibilities- Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting Business Analysis & Requirements Management Engage with business, compliance, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Define target-state business processes, reporting workflows, exception handling procedures, and solution scope. Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, impact assessments, and process review sessions. Translate regulatory and business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Prepare and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Process Flow Diagrams Data Mapping Documents Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Experience Required 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Reporting domains. Proven experience in regulatory reporting transformation, reporting controls, and data management initiatives. Hands-on experience with data mapping, data lineage documentation, and reporting validation processes. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting control frameworks. Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery including requirements management, testing, and business sign-off. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders across business, compliance, risk, and technology teams.
