Senior Director - Talent Acquisition

As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's volume hiring needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent for our BPO frontline roles. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment plans. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be key in driving our talent acquisition function forward.

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for BPO frontline roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Establish strong relationships with industry partners, universities, and recruitment agencies to source top talent.
• Implement effective candidate screening and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially for volume hiring.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment practices, maintaining a positive employer brand.
• Mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in volume hiring.
• Experience in leading and managing talent acquisition teams, preferably in a BPO or similar high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices, especially in the BPO industry.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
