Reporting to the EVP of Community Solar, this leader will own the end-to-end strategy for subscriber acquisition, customer care, channel development, customer acquisition economics, and enterprise client management. The Senior Director will ensure Solar Landscape consistently delivers fully subscribed projects while maximizing customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, and client satisfaction. The role leads a multidisciplinary organization responsible for acquisition strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, enterprise and non-residential subscriber origination, customer experience, and channel operations. The Senior Director partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure commercial success across existing and new markets.
