(Senior) Digital Marketing Manager - AI Photostudio (all genders)

SCAYLE is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world and empowers global B2C brands like Levi’s®, Harrods, Manchester United, Deichmann, Fielmann, and Netto to create outstanding customer experiences. Its modular and extensible backend reflects real enterprise retail needs and makes complex commerce operations more efficient, flexible, and scalable. We are now building an AI native Photostudio SaaS product — a high-priority venture with direct exposure to the leadership and founding team.

SCAYLE STUDIOS is our AI content platform for fashion visuals. Instead of physical studio productions, it digitally maps the complete logic of a fashion shoot: upload products, curate styles, cast models, set the scene, generate assets. From on-model and ghost mannequin to lifestyle and campaign imagery. What used to take weeks is now created in minutes. The platform is used by ABOUT YOU as well as enterprise brands and D2C labels across Europe.

Job Description

• Own paid growth across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, OpenAI, 6sense, and emerging channels
• Build and scale ABM and revenue campaigns across priority accounts and markets
• Own targeting, tracking, optimization, attribution, and reporting end to end
• Brief creative and content teams on the assets needed to drive growth
• Build high-converting landing pages with AI tools like Claude and Lovable
• Improve SEO, GEO, AI-search visibility, and website conversion
• Own HubSpot workflows, lists, campaign tracking, and CRM data quality
• Turn data into clear insights for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top tier university 
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok and display advertising (TikTok is a plus, Meta is a must) 
• Ideally, experience in user-centric, content-led B2B SaaS or a fast-paced B2C digital marketing environment
• Strong knowledge of websites, landing pages, SEO/GEO, conversion paths, and funnel optimization
• Confident with HubSpot, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker Studio
• Advanced use of LLMs for research, content, analysis, and automation
• Strong judgment (taste) on when to use AI and when creativity, strategic thinking, and human taste matter more
• Structured, proactive, analytical, and highly output-oriented, with a strong test-and-learn mindset
• Fluent in German and English
