Job Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in automation and software delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and supporting the continuous improvement of development and deployment practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage and optimize DevOps platforms and toolchains.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability.
• Promote DevOps culture, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation solutions and CI/CD best practices in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Git Flow branching strategies and source code management practices.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with Jenkins.
• Extensive experience in automation, particularly using Python.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
