Our Client 

In this role, you will be assigned to our Australia-based client, one of Australia’s most successful private commercial property investment and management companies with a portfolio of retail, commercial and hospitality properties. 

They are committed to developing and perfecting expertise in commercial property ownership, development and management, to provide optimal service for retail and commercial clients, while delivering superior investment outcomes. 

They also work collaboratively with key stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals and objectives by providing exceptional commercial and retail properties for lease. Through collaboration and leadership, they provide effective asset management solutions that create substantial risk-adjusted investment. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and optimization of Angular 17+ Single Page Applications (SPAs) with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness. 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET Core, Web API, and Azure services. 

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver tools that improve operational efficiency and user engagement. 

• Digitize manual processes and workflows using Azure Web Apps, Entity Framework, and SharePoint. 

• Maintain and support the company’s intranet and internal applications. 

• Provide technical support and assist in broader IT initiatives as required by the CTO. 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Your Background 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 

• Proficiency in Angular 17+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox), RxJS, and Angular CLI. 

• Strong backend development experience with .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework. 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Static Web Apps, Cosmos DB, and API Management. 

• Skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing release strategies using Azure DevOps. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. 

Nice to Have 

• Proven ability to work effectively in distributed or remote Agile/Scrum teams. 

• Strong knowledge of web application security best practices and cloud-based access control. 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, and SharePoint API 

• Skilled in data handling and reporting, with strong T-SQL capabilities and Power BI experience.
