Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

    1. As a Software UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for defining how the software should work from an end user point of view.
    1. You will use your background in Interaction Design or Graphic Design, to contribute to finished product releases.
    1. You will work with other team members to solve technical issues and author specifications that communicate customer requirements and define the specific commands and interactions required to satisfy them.
    1. You will also build all user interface elements that the end-user interacts with, including images, dialogs, and messages.

Skill Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
    1. 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design.
    1. Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
    1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    1. Good customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
    1. Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office products.

Other Requirements

    1. Experience with professional Mechanical Design tools such as:
    1. Solid Edge, NX, SOLIDWORKS, Creo, CATIA, Inventor
    1. Experience with Product Data Management (PDM/PLM) systems such as:
    1. Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Windchill, Autodesk Vault, SOLIDWORKS PDM
    1. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
