About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, technical, and data-driven Segment Demand Generation Marketer to build a predictive, AI-integrated pipeline engine. In this role, you will identify and capture high-intent opportunities within complex infrastructure segments before competitors engage. You will own the full demand funnel for specific industry verticals - turning market signals and engineering-grade insights into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence & Signal Mining: Research and decode market signals, competitive shifts, and technical buyer behaviors into actionable intelligence inputs.
  • Segment Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel, segment-specific campaigns tailored to complex technical personas.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Own 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs targeting tier-1 high-value accounts, orchestrating plays across content, email, paid, and outbound motions.
  • Nurturing & Qualification Frameworks: Build automated lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and qualification criteria to advance prospects seamlessly through the funnel.
  • Sales Enablement & Handoffs: Partner closely with Sales/SDR teams to ensure context-rich, insight-packed lead handoffs that maximize deal velocity.
  • Performance Analysis & Growth Loops: Track campaign performance rigorously, closing the loop between marketing touchpoints and closed-won revenue.
  • Continuous Experimentation: Design and launch iterative tests (A/B testing, positioning, value propositions, high-friction vs. low-friction offers) to boost conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM experience, preferably in infrastructure, developer tooling, cloud, or technical B2B SaaS.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to comprehend complex infrastructure architectures and speak the language of technical buyers (CTOs, VP Eng, Architects, DevOps).
  • AI & Modern Stack: Familiarity with integrating modern AI tools, predictive intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora), marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Analytical Muscle: Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing funnel metrics, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated track record of building tight, trust-based alignment with Sales and Product teams.
