  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative analytical solutions
  • Own quality management for analytical outputs, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and business relevance across multiple projects
  • Present directly to stakeholders and participate in strategic workshops, communicating complex findings to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders
  • Apply understanding of Generative AI applications to enhance analytical productivity and deliverable quality, staying current with emerging technologies
  • Champion continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools, and methodologies

What You'll Bring

  • 4–7 years' progressive experience in data analysis, with demonstrated leadership, project management, and client-facing experience
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis across multiple platforms
  • Advanced programming experience with Python or R, including statistical libraries and machine learning frameworks
  • Experience with data visualisation
  • A proven track record applying statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics to solve real business problems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives with confidence
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of business strategy
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality outcomes under pressure
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (a relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus)
