If you're driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this could be your next big opportunity.  We can’t wait to get to know you!  The Work   The Senior CRM & AI Solutions Developer is a hands-on engineering role accountable for the build and delivery of CRM and low-code solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform within Equitable Bank’s Commercial Lending Technology team, with a growing focus on AI-enabled capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and workflow automation. The role understands the business and its challenges, functionally outlines solutions to identified use cases, and designs and develops applications using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, working within a cross-functional Pod alongside Business Analysts, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, QA and external suppliers to deliver cohesive solutions that meet the intended business value while introducing no additional risk to projects.
