  • 6- 10+ years of legal practice, combining training at a top-tier law firm with significant and broad in-house corporate experience.
  • Proven track record as a trusted legal partner navigating commercial contracting, in-depth knowledge of U.S. and international privacy frameworks, and relevant experience with litigation, dispute resolution and employment matters.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to learn the business quickly, pragmatic risk-assessment capabilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E).
  • Willingness to work across time zones (offices across the USA and Singapore)
  • Comfortable with an estimated 10% travel

Bonus points (not required):

  • Experience with AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, vehicle fleets, or on-demand mobility or delivery platforms is highly preferred.
