  • Strong working knowledge of commercial contract terms (liability, indemnification, payment terms, termination, data protection, etc.)
  • Experience negotiating directly with customers under established guidelines
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certification or relevant legal training a plus
  • Experience with education, childcare, or Head Start-funded program software (e.g., daycare management, early childhood education, or grant-compliance platforms)
  • Familiarity with e-signature platforms and contract automation tools

Physical Requirements:

  • This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
  • Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
  • Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position
