Zur Stärkung unseres neu aufgebauten CIO Office suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen (Senior) Consultant IT Finance, Portfolio & Risk Management (m/w/d), der die strategische Steuerung der IT in den Bereichen Finanzen, Portfolio- und Risikomanagement maßgeblich unterstützt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Transparenz über IT-Kosten, Investitionen und personelle Kapazitäten schaffen und weiterentwickeln
- Managementgerechte Aufbereitung von IT-Finanzkennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das IT-Management
- Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung und wirtschaftlichen Steuerung des IT-Projekt- und Serviceportfolios
- Kritische Bewertung von Projektanforderungen, Aufwänden und Business Cases
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Projektverantwortlichen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
- Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Budgets, Projekten und Dienstleistern in Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Einkauf
- Koordination von Wirtschaftsprüfungen sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Risikomanagements und entsprechender Reporting-Prozesse
- Moderation und Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Workshops zur Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen der IT-Transformation
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Governance-, Steuerungs- und Controlling-Methoden sowie unterstützenden Systemen
Unsere Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Interesse an IT-Steuerungsprozessen sowie an finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Freude an kontinuierlicher persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
