About this role
Role Overview
We are seeking qualified CA freshers to join our Accounting & Advisory team supporting our global clients. The role involves financial reporting, month-end close support, technical accounting assistance, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Full-Cycle Accounting including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting
- Support statutory reporting and audit coordination
- Interact with UK/US clients for data gathering and query resolution
- Prepare financial statements under IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP
- Work on accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Assist in accounting advisory engagements (GAAP conversions, technical memos, policy documentation)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified CA (Fresher/ up to 2 years post-qualification experience); any additional certifications/qualifications are an advantage, not mandatory
- Strong fundamentals in financial reporting and accounting standards
- Good analytical, documentation, and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, working in a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Experience in the Big 6 firms (Indian practice only) is an advantage
- Knowledge/ Experience with AI-driven automation and digital finance technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency etc. is a plus
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
