Job Summary

The Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst will lead the development of a reliable commercial data and analytics capability, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and commercial performance in KSA market, while operating from Egypt office.

The role will oversee commercial data governance, business intelligence, CRM effectiveness, reporting automation, market analytics, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), while supporting commercial leadership with insights for planning, forecasting, targeting, and performance improvement.

Job Description

- Lead commercial data analytics and reporting across sales, market, customer, and product performance.

- Consolidate and ensure the accuracy, quality, standardization, and governance of commercial data.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable business insights.

- Analyze IQVIA, IMS, CRM, distributor, and sell-out data to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.

- Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs, including coverage, frequency, productivity, segmentation, targeting, and territory performance.

- Support customer segmentation, targeting, territory design, and sales force optimization.

- Provide data-driven insights for forecasting, target setting, budgeting, and commercial planning.

- Identify and communicate commercial opportunities, competitive insights, and recommendations to improve business performance.

- Drive reporting automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams to support effective commercial decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Pharmacy or a related field.

- 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, SFE, Business Intelligence, or Sales/Marketing Analytics.

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.

- Hands-on experience with CRM, IQVIA/IMS, market data, dashboards, and reporting automation.

- Strong knowledge of SFE, segmentation, targeting, territory management, forecasting, and commercial planning.

- Strong analytical skills, data visualization and dashboards creation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
