Senior Client Service Executive

As a Senior Client Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Delivery_Dental_Ops Management_Ops Management department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage outbound calls to insurance companies, ensuring timely claim status updates and eligibility verifications. You will also be responsible for denial documentation, working on outstanding claims reports, and maintaining effective communication with insurance carriers. Additionally, you may be required to work on various voice-based processes as per the business needs.

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Handle denial documentation and take necessary actions for claim resolution.
• Call insurance carriers based on client appointments to update claim status.
• Work on outstanding claims reports and account receivable reports provided by clients or generated through client software.
• Contact insurance companies to inquire about the status of unpaid claims.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work on different voice-based processes, such as insurance follow-ups, patient calling, or provider outreach programs.
• Maintain individual daily logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Meet client SLAs by completing assigned tasks and targets with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting team members to achieve shared goals.
• Comply with Medusind's Information Security Policy, client guidelines, business rules, and company policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with insurance carriers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with dental insurance processes and terminology is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
