We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale heavy civil construction projects including sewer and watermain, underground utilities, road construction, deep excavation, structures, and municipal infrastructure work. The Role As the Senior Civil Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of complex heavy civil infrastructure projects while managing project teams, client relationships, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project performance. You will work closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, Estimators, consultants, municipalities, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual and operational objectives. This role requires strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and deep technical understanding of heavy civil construction operations.
