Job Description
β’ Review, authorize / approve test /results from technical and statistical perspectives
β’ Be the signatory of test reports
β’ Monitor, maintain and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily operations of the laboratory.
β’ Oversee people management of corresponding team, including staffing & resources management,Β development and drive the performance culture
β’ Formulate staff training and people development plan in accordance with business strategy, company direction and employee's individual needs
Qualifications
- Degree or above in Chemistry or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience, with 2 year's experience in laboratory supervision, operation and service program development
- Knowledge of HOKLAS system and ISO/IEC 17025
- Initiative, organized and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Chemist
