With over 30 years of experience in the development of software & digital products, Jungheinrich offers a broad portfolio and comprehensive expertise in the areas of warehouse, fleet, device, process, and interface management. As a Senior Business Partner HR Development, you play a key role in strengthening leadership, organizational capabilities and talent development across the DACH & Central Europe region. You act as a trusted partner to the business, translating corporate HR development concepts into effective regional solutions within a complex, international corporate environment.

Set things in motion.

• Drive the implementation and continuous development of HR and organisational development processes, tools and programs in line with global HR development frameworks
• Actively shape leadership, talent and organisational development initiatives across the region
• Lead and manage cross-functional HR development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring quality, timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Design, facilitate and deliver workshops, trainings and development formats
• Advise senior leaders, HR Business Partners and functional stakeholders on HR development and organisational effectiveness topics
• Support and accompany strategic change and transformation processes with a strong focus on sustainability and cultural impact
• Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment, quality and scalability of concepts
• Apply a pragmatic, business-oriented approach that combines conceptual strength with hands-on execution

Use your skills.

• University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable field, ideally complemented by further qualifications in leadership, coaching, organizational or transformation development
• Several years of relevant professional experience in HR Development, Organizational Development or HR Business Partnering, preferably within an international corporate environment of comparable size and complexity
• Proven project management experience, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder HR or transformation projects
• Fluent German skills, enabling confident moderation, facilitation and workshops in German
• Very good English skills for effective collaboration in an international context
• Strong conceptual and methodological expertise combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• High level of personal credibility, communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Support and accompany strategic change and transformation processes with a strong focus on sustainability and cultural impact
• Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH & Central Europe region
• Experience with German co-determination practices and collaboration with Works Councils (Betriebsrat) is considered a plus.
