As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on FxPro's Invest product - the investing proposition that lets clients invest in instruments such as stocks and ETFs. You'll cover both the client-facing product and internal platform/administration tools, shaping user journeys, operational workflows, and platform capabilities. A key part of the role is mapping how Invest works across the trading stack - accounts, instruments, liquidity, custody, settlement, and reconciliation - while collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Dealing, Operations, Platform Administration, engineering, and QA to identify dependencies and drive solution design through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own business and system analysis for Invest throughout the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Map the Invest as-is across the trading stack - accounts, instruments, liquidity / execution, custody, settlement, and reconciliation - and the dependencies between components
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Work across both the client-facing Invest product and the internal administration and back-office tools
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, and Sequence Diagrams
• Partner closely with the Invest Product Manager and engineering, providing analysis across the Invest roadmap
• Facilitate communication and collaborate effectively across Product, Dealing, Operations, Development, and QA teams throughout the task lifecycle

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst
• Comfortable working with backend and platform systems and admin tooling
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
• Quick to onboard into new domains and adapt to changing environments
• Proficiency in creating visual representations of requirements: Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Experienced in writing and refining User Stories, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams
• Background in fintech, with an emphasis on Invest trading, is nice to have
• Familiarity with API types such as REST API, gRPC, FIX Protocol, and message queues/brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace) is a plus
• Experience working with client-facing trading platforms, internal administration tools, or operational back-office systems is an advantage
• SQL / data skills are a plus
• Experience with CI/CD processes is nice to have
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Russian is an advantage
