POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our growing design team, working internationally across hospitality, F&B and lifestyle brands throughout the Middle East and beyond — from restaurants and hotels to food

halls, food retail and wider guest experiences.

We’re looking for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent craft, and can develop distinctive brand identities and visual systems and bring them to life across multiple touch points.

Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is essential, as many of our projects are bilingual. Proficiency in Arabic typography and typesetting is also essential.


● Develop and execute brand identities, including comprehensive brand guidelines that clearly define and communicate the visual system.

● Translate strategy and creative direction into distinctive visual concepts.

● Work across branding, typography, print, digital and hospitality touch points.

● Design confidently across Arabic and English, with strong sensitivity to Arabic typography and typesetting.

● Work across F&B and hospitality projects, with experience designing menus, packaging and signage.

● Develop digital assets and social media content that bring brand identities to life across digital platforms.

● Present creative work confidently to clients, clearly articulating design thinking and rationale.

● Support and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and providing constructive creative feedback.

● Develop mood boards and presentations, ensuring design systems are clear, consistent and easy to apply.

● Take ownership of projects and manage work from initial concept through production.

● Work collaboratively with the wider TGP team across a range of projects, from small independent cafés to large-scale food halls and hospitality destinations.

● Coordinate directly with print companies and other suppliers as required, with a strong understanding of print materials, finishes and production processes, and the ability to make informed recommendations based on project requirements.

● Support the development and embedding of design and project processes across the team.

● Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers and external specialists.

● Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility and composure under pressure.

● 7+ years of experience in brand, graphic or identity design, ideally within a studio or agency.

● Experience designing F&B collateral and communications across a range of touch points.

● An understanding of Saudi Arabic and cultural nuances is an advantage.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and brand systems.

● Excellent typography and layout skills across both Latin and Arabic.

● Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines and deliverables effectively.

● Highly collaborative in their working approach, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and disciplines.

● Flexible and adaptable to client needs, requirements and changing project priorities.

● Strong attention to detail, with pride in the quality of their work and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work on time.

● Someone curious about hospitality, food, culture, travel and the wider creative world.

● Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana is advantageous, but not essential.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
