• Represent clients at hearings, settlement conferences, depositions, mediations, and trials in Orange County and surrounding Southern California courts.

• Provide practical, strategic legal advice on divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters. Help clients make informed decisions during some of the most important moments of their lives.

• Negotiate favorable settlements whenever possible while preparing every case as though it may proceed to trial. Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail.

• Contribute ideas that improve the firm's systems, workflows, and client experience. As the firm continues to grow, your leadership and input will help shape its future.

• Work closely with the firm's owner and legal support staff in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Share knowledge, mentor junior team members when appropriate, and help foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication, sound legal judgment, and compassionate representation. Our reputation is built on outstanding client service, and every team member contributes to that standard.

What We’re Looking For
