Job Description
Key Responsibilities• T&E Management: Review and audit employee travel claims, hotel bills, and meals for policy compliance using tools like Concur. Reconcile corporate credit card statements.• Invoice Processing: Code, enter, match, and route vendor invoices for approval.• Payment Execution: Process batch payments, wires, ACH, and employee reimbursements.• Reconciliation & Month-End: Reconcile vendor accounts, corporate card clearing accounts, and assist with month-end accruals.• Support & Resolution: Answer internal staff and vendor questions regarding missing receipts, payment statuses, or policy rules.
